This UI posts uploads to
POST /upload (multipart/form-data, field name file) and expects
{"url": "/workspace-files/<name>"} back. It also expects generated artifacts (images/video from
generate_image etc.) to be reachable at a static route. See the chat reply for the exact FastAPI
snippet to add — this can't be faked from the frontend alone.
